Senior AWS Data Engineer at Credibly. AWS Glue Subject-Matter Expert, AWS Community Builder since 2021, and Organizer of the AWS User Group Surat — where I turn production work into talks, workshops, and stories worth telling.
I’ve spent the last six years inside AWS — first at AWS itself supporting Glue, now leading a data-platform build at Credibly — and the work I’m proudest of always lives at the intersection of building things and explaining them.
At Credibly (Retail Capital LLC), I designed and rolled out the company’s first production AWS data lake from scratch — introducing Change Data Capture as a brand-new platform capability and unlocking deeply nested DynamoDB data that the analytics team could never query before. That work became the basis for my AWS Summit Bengaluru 2026 talk on near real-time DMS pipelines.
Before Credibly, I was at AWS India as a Big Data Cloud Engineer, where I was accredited as a Glue Subject-Matter Expert, authored AWS Knowledge Center articles read by thousands of customers, and mentored both new joiners and tenured engineers on Glue and PySpark.
I’ve been part of the AWS community since 2019 — first as an attendee at meetups across Surat, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad. In 2021 I was accepted as an AWS Community Builder in the Networking & Content Delivery category. I joined as Co-organizer of AWS User Group Surat in 2024 and became its Organizer in January 2025, growing the community to 3,200+ members on Meetup and 940+ followers on LinkedIn.
I spoke at AWS Summit Bengaluru in both 2025 and 2026, at AWS Community Days in Vadodara and Ahmedabad, and as a guest expert for the AWS Cloud Club at PPSU. Right now, I’m most interested in roles that let me do both: Senior Data Engineering where I can own a platform end-to-end, or Solutions Architect / Developer Advocate work where the deliverable is a customer’s success and a story worth telling.
Each role taught me something I still use every week — from cold-start AWS consulting to deep Glue internals at AWS to owning a production data platform at Credibly.
Designed and delivered the company’s first production data lake on AWS — including CDC pipelines for Aurora MySQL and a DynamoDB Data Lake exposing both current and historical record states. Codified the entire production account in CloudFormation across 8+ stacks and authored architecture papers (DMS Serverless vs. Aurora Zero-ETL, MCA1 migration strategy) that shaped multi-quarter platform decisions.
Worked on AWS Glue and MWAA at depth — built PySpark jobs landing into Iceberg, Delta, Redshift, and Snowflake; orchestrated cross-account Glue catalog sharing via Lake Formation; authored the public-facing AWS Knowledge Center article on Glue HTTP timeouts; built an internal MWAA-plugin packaging tool adopted as the team’s standard ramp-up path; and ran enablement sessions for new joiners and tenured engineers across the org.
Took on small AWS infrastructure consulting and cost-optimization engagements for clients across geographies. Maintained a perfect 5-star rating across all orders.
Built and shipped serverless cloud-based SaaS using AWS, Node.js, Sequelize, and the Serverless Framework, with hands-on CI/CD across CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
Specifics matter more than buzzwords. Each of these is a real production deliverable with measurable outcomes — not a side-project demo.
Greenfield production AWS account stood up entirely through CloudFormation — no console changes — with an enforced naming convention and parameterized per-environment deploys. Replaced a hand-built non-prod account that was being used for production workloads.
Built full-load + CDC ingestion for deeply nested, unstructured DynamoDB tables — solving nanosecond-precision timestamp issues, schema evolution, deduplication, and primary-key consistency. Surfaced both current and historical record states queryable through Glue Data Catalog and Athena.
Authored the comparative evaluation that helped engineering leadership choose between DMS Serverless and Aurora Zero-ETL for analytics migration. Covered cost, complexity, operational fit, and a recommended phased rollout. Paired with an RDS-to-S3 PoC.
Built an internal tool at AWS India that downloads Python .whl
dependencies and packages them as MWAA plugins, eliminating the need for engineers
to set up the MWAA local-runner Docker environment. Adopted by other engineers
as the standard ramp-up path for private MWAA work.
AWS Community Builder since 2021. Organizer of AWS User Group Surat. Speaker at AWS Summit Bengaluru in 2025 and 2026, at AWS Community Days, and at student chapters — with a track record of organizing workshops that bring 80–500+ builders together.
